Service Description

Have a group of people that would like to experience Deep Dance all together? Email me at deepdanceonline@gmail.com to find a time that works for everyone. This class can be more tailored to what your group is looking for, needing, and desiring. I love collaborating! This could be for a work retreat, a group of friends looking to connect, or a way for folks to get to know themselves and each other more deeply in a unique way. Class Structure; Class I will start with describing what the class is about and offer an opportunity for everyone to introduce themselves. This will be followed by about 45min of free form dance that I will be lightly guiding you through. There will be 5-10 min at the end to journal/reflect, and about 10 min offered to share and discuss experiences.  If this experience is virtual, I will send you a zoom link to access the class. Payment will also be discussed via email or phone call.
