These sessions are to connect with yourself and your desires in life. Working with guided and free movement practices, writing, reflection, and talking, I will help you to become more aligned with your values and goals in life. I will not be providing psychotherapy in these sessions. Please email deepdanceonline@gmail.com to discuss scheduling and receive necessary paperwork. Payment will be discussed via email as well. You will receive a zoom link to access the session.
