Service Description

Until Jan 1st these first 4 sessions, an hour each, will be at a discounted rate. These sessions are to connect with yourself and your desires in life. Working with guided and free movement practices, writing, reflection, and talking, I will help you to become more aligned with your values and goals in life. I will not be providing psychotherapy in these sessions.
